Time for contributions accepted for oral presentations will be 12 minutes + 3 minutes for questions.

All the presentations will have to be uploaded on the conference computer before the beginning of each session without any exception.

The Nanosafe 2008 poster exhibition will be held in the coffee break area of the conference on all four days of the conference (4 – 7 November). Your poster should be set up in the morning of Tuesday 4^th November. All posters may be left up for the duration of the conference.

The poster stand is suitable for A0 posters (83 x 115 cm) portrait style. Smaller sizes, such as 70x110 cm (portrait) are also suitable. Tape will be provided by conference assistants for attaching your poster to the poster stand. Your poster should be taken down on Friday 7^th November before 15:00. You are responsible for removing your poster from the exhibition. A conference assistant will be available to assist you to place your poster on the correct stand.
